At Wieser & Cawley, we stand behind all of our products for one year from the date of delivery against manufacturer's defects under normal wear and tear conditions. We will provide an excellent service technician to repair or replace defective parts at no charge for one year.
We are committed to insuring your satisfaction through our Service Department. All service claims regarding visual damage on new furniture must be called in to our Service Department within five days of delivery or pick-up. Wieser & Cawley reserves the right to:
1. Inspect damaged merchandise.
2. Provide service in your home, our warehouse, or the factory.
3. Repair or replace at the discretion of our Service Department.
